Motor controls and systems are key to operating any motor and/or process. And when problems show up, it's usually when you least expect them, and when you can least afford the downtime. We can help you with those problems. If it's a simple "diagnose and replace" situation, we may very well have the necessary component on our shelf. If it becomes more complex, like a PLC program that isn't doing what it's supposed to do, that's a different matter. But we can still FIX IT! Our technicians can troubleshoot the issue, and then, if the actual program is available, we can make any modification necessary to get you up and running properly again.
Apparatus Repair & Engineering, Inc. is an authorized distributor for Eaton Corporation (Cutler-Hammer) and in that capacity has a significant inventory of standard control items on the shelf for sale and replacement purposes. But in addition to Cutler-Hammer, we have a working relationship with other Industrial Control Distributors in the area, giving us access to Allen Bradley, Square D, ABB, GE, and others in the standard control line. When it comes to "specialty controls", we can also obtain DC and AC drives, servo motor and stepper controls, and specialized control products that you might have in your production lines. Our control technicians are trained and skilled in the programming of various PLC systems and we have the software and cables to interface with most of the systems in our market place.
Some control issues are very specialized and the fresh and waste water industry are two of those areas. The technicians at A.R.&E. are qualified to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair various bubbler systems and the numerous flow control and liquid level controls and sensors used in these plants. We've done extensive work on SCADA systems as well as other factory automation processes.
